If you are a vet and would like to refer a client, please complete the attached Veterinary Referral Form and email to hannah.s4d@outlook.com with full clinical
history and contact details for the client.

Information for vets
In accordance with good practice, and due to the influence of medical conditions on problematic behaviours in dogs, I request referral from a client’s registered Veterinarian before commencing behaviour consultations.
Veterinary referral allows me to ensure the dog has recently been seen by a veterinarian, and to review any relevant medical history prior to an initial consultation.
Due to my CCAB accreditation, consultation fees may also be reimbursable through many pet insurance policies, subject to individual policy terms.
Qualifications
I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Animal Behaviour, a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology and a Professional Diploma
(Level 5) in Canine Behaviour.
I am fully accredited with CCAB (Certificated Clinical Animal Behaviourists) and am also a Fear Free Certified Professional.
